Review Proposal
Dear Ehsan and Amin,

It was a pleasure meeting with you and learning more about Bassam Wealth Management's goals for better visibility and a new website to help get there. After reviewing the current FMG platform, the proposed subdomain option, and the firm's long-term marketing objectives, we believe the strongest approach is to build one unified website on the primary Bassam Wealth Management domain.

The new website will provide greater control over design, content, SEO, performance, compliance workflows, and future expansion. It will also create a stronger platform for presenting the firm's experience, services, leadership, educational resources, and Palm Beach presence to affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth prospects.

This proposal outlines our recommended approach for designing, developing, and launching the new website while keeping the existing FMG website live throughout development. It also includes the ongoing SEO and content strategy needed to expand Bassam Wealth Management's visibility across Google and AI-powered search platforms.

Our team is confident in the development plan and prepared to manage the complete process, including website architecture, content migration, technical SEO, integrations, testing, and launch. The anticipated development timeline is approximately eight weeks, subject to timely access, feedback, and approvals.

Looking forward to the opportunity to work together.

Sincerely,
Adam Lakowitz
AZL Marketing

Overview and Goals

Primary objectives

01

Website Strategy and Recommendation

The new website will be developed as one unified platform on the primary bassamwealthmanagement.com domain, bringing services, leadership, educational content, insights, disclosures, and consultation pathways together within one cohesive website. This approach concentrates search authority on one domain, strengthens internal linking between service, audience, and resource pages, keeps branding consistent across every page, and creates one controlled publishing and compliance workflow for all content.

TRANSITION The existing FMG website will remain live and fully operational throughout design and development. Once the new website has been reviewed, tested, and approved, the primary domain will transition to the new platform.
02

Website Design and Development

The website will be built to serve as the firm's primary digital headquarters, supporting credibility, prospect education, lead generation, and long-term search visibility.

Website structure and navigation

The website will be organized around the information prospective clients need to understand the firm, its experience, and the services it provides. The proposed website structure may include:

Home Wealth Management Services Frequently Asked Questions About Bassam Wealth Management Who We Serve Client Access Leadership and Team Palm Beach and South Florida Contact and Consultation Insights and Educational Resources Disclosures, Privacy, and Regulatory Information

*The final sitemap and page structure will be reviewed and approved during the initial planning phase.*

Content presentation

Existing website content will be reviewed and incorporated where appropriate. Priority pages will be reorganized and refined to improve clarity, strengthen credibility, and better communicate the firm's value to prospective clients. The website will also include a scalable structure for publishing original articles and market insights, educational guides, frequently asked questions, service-specific resources, audience-specific content, firm updates and thought leadership, and new service and location pages as the website expands.

Prospect experience and lead generation

The website will provide clear pathways for qualified prospects to learn about Bassam Wealth Management and take the next step, including strategically placed consultation calls to action, professional contact and consultation forms, optional multi-step prospect qualification, scheduling integration, direct phone and email access, client-login routing, secure lead notifications, and conversion tracking for important website actions.

*Final form fields, qualification questions, scheduling tools, and lead-routing requirements will be confirmed during development.*

03

Technology, Performance and Content Management

Unlike a traditional template-based website, the new platform will separate the public-facing website from the content-management system, providing greater control over performance and security while allowing approved team members to manage content through a structured administrative interface.

Performance optimization

The website will be developed with Google's Core Web Vitals and current performance standards in mind, including optimized website code, properly sized and compressed images, modern image formats, mobile performance optimization, efficient loading of scripts, fonts, and media, page-level performance testing, uptime and website-health monitoring, and technical review before and after launch.

Content-management system

A secure, headless content-management system will allow website content to be created, reviewed, approved, and published without requiring direct access to the website's code. Approved team members will be able to edit website text and approved page content, preview updates before publication, create articles, insights, FAQs, and educational resources, assign user roles and permissions, upload images and supporting media, maintain a record of content changes, and expand the website without rebuilding the underlying platform.

Hosting and website security

The production website will be configured with appropriate safeguards and monitoring, including SSL encryption, secure hosting configuration via Cloudflare, Content Security Policy and security headers, access controls for administrative systems, protected staging and preview environments, automated deployment and version history, backup and recovery procedures, and ongoing platform and security monitoring.

*The final hosting provider, content-management system, and related service plans will be confirmed before development begins.*

Compliance and content oversight

The platform will support a controlled process for creating, reviewing, approving, publishing, and archiving website content.

  • Defined content-management roles and publishing permissions
  • Preview and approval of website changes before publication
  • Content history showing updates and publishing activity
  • Compatibility with an approved third-party website archiving service
  • Clear placement of required disclosures, privacy policies, Form CRS, and Form ADV information
  • Final content and compliance approval by Bassam Wealth Management or its designated compliance professionals
04

SEO and AI Search Visibility

SEO is not a one-time setup or a fixed list of tasks. Search behavior, competitors, Google's ranking systems, and AI-powered search experiences continue to evolve. Our strategy will be continuously reviewed and adjusted based on performance data, industry changes, competitive opportunities, and the ways prospective clients search for wealth-management guidance.

We will also be evaluating reputable financial-industry directories, professional profiles, local citations, media opportunities, and other third-party platforms that can strengthen the firm's authority and improve its visibility across search engines and generative AI experiences.

Google Business Profile management

As part of the $2,000 monthly SEO investment, AZL Marketing will actively manage and optimize Bassam Wealth Management's Google Business Profile to strengthen the firm's visibility in Google Maps and local search results throughout Palm Beach and South Florida. This work will include:

*All Google Business Profile content will remain subject to Bassam Wealth Management's review and compliance approval before publication. Posting volume may vary based on approved content availability, market relevance, and compliance-review timing.*

The objective is not simply to publish more content. It is to consistently develop useful, original, expert-led resources that reflect the knowledge of Bassam Wealth Management, answer the questions prospective clients are asking, and strengthen the firm's relevance for high-value wealth-management searches over time.

05

Measurement, Reporting and Strategy

Each month follows the same cycle: performance data is collected across analytics, search, and local platforms; a report summarizes the work completed and meaningful changes in visibility; a strategy meeting reviews results and evaluates new opportunities; and an action plan establishes priorities for the months ahead.

Reporting will incorporate data from:
Google Analytics 4 Google Search Console Google Business Profile Keyword-ranking reports Local GeoGrid reports Website conversions and qualified inquiries Content and page performance Technical website and indexing data AI search visibility data as tools become available
